Dr. Judy Traveis is Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Florida Graduate School, heading its Graduate Student Success Center (GSSC).

She is a three-time UF alumna: Bachelor of Arts in Communication Processes and Disorders (1993), Master of Science in Recreational Studies (1999), and Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration (2016).

She has served UF for more than 16 years as an academic advisor, coordinator, senior coordinator, academic program specialist, and assistant dean.

Her approach to graduate education focuses on student advisement tailored to individual needs and crafting student-centered organization and policy that foster academic and professional success.
