Della V. Mosley, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department (Counseling Psychology Program) at the University of Florida. She is also an affiliate faculty in the Center for Gender, Sexualities, and Women’s Studies Research.

Dr. Della, as her students call her, developed and leads the Wellness, Equity, Love, Liberation, and Sexuality (WELLS) Healing and Research Collective. She received her doctorate in counseling psychology from the APA-accredited program at the University of Kentucky in the 2018. Dr. Della's research interests include the holistic wellness of Black and/or queer and transgender People of Color, qualitative methods, and interventions that lead to systemic change and healing.

She has published, been invited to speak, and advocated extensively on issues at the intersection of social justice and psychology. She co-authors a Psychology Today blog with the Psychology of Radical Healing Collective titled "Healing through Social Justice" and is a Minority Fellow in the American Psychological Association.
